About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader who can bridge software innovation with hardware capabilities to unlock new growth avenues for our product ecosystem. This role combines the depth of a Solutions Architect with the vision of a Digital Product Strategist, tasked with driving software-led, hardware-enabled products across core verticals: Retail, Banking, Government, and Logistics/Transport.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing scalable technical architectures, exploring partnerships or M&A opportunities, and building GTM strategies for vertical-specific digital solutions.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:•	Strategic Product Definition:Define and drive software-led initiatives that complement or extend our hardware product lines, positioning them as integrated digital solutions in priority industries.•	Architecture Ownership:Lead technical architecture decisions in collaboration with hardware teams and external solution partners, ensuring robustness, scalability, and interoperability.•	Build / Partner / Acquire:Own the decision frameworks for building in-house, partnering with ISVs/SIs, or acquiring capabilities through M&A. Present ROI-based business cases to leadership.•	Vertical Solutions Ownership:Identify customer pain points in Retail, BFSI, Government, and Logistics sectors. Design or source automation solutions (e.g., in-store ops, citizen services, logistics flows) powered by our hardware.•	Partner Engagement:Work closely with hardware and software partners to co-create industry-grade offerings and align on pricing, integration, and go-to-market motions.•	Product-Market Fit & GTM Alignment:Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to ensure alignment between solution roadmap and GTM execution. Support pre-sales efforts where needed.•	Ecosystem & Competitive Intelligence:Stay ahead of trends in embedded systems, software platforms, and automation use-cases in targeted sectors. Track competing solutions and emerging players.________________________________________Required Qualifications:•	10+ years of experience in product management, digital solutions architecture, or enterprise solutioning roles.•	Deep familiarity with both hardware-software integration and B2B automation ecosystems.•	Proven experience in defining and delivering vertical-specific digital products or platforms.•	Strong understanding of at least two verticals among Retail, Banking, Government, and Transport/Logistics.•	Experience working with or evaluating third-party solution vendors, OEMs, and system integrators.•	Demonstrated ability to assess build vs. buy vs. partner strategies using quantitative and strategic evaluation frameworks.•	Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with comfort influencing across engineering, product, sales, and finance.________________________________________What Success Looks Like:•	Hardware portfolio relevance expands through integrated software-led offerings.•	Clear frameworks in place for evaluating product investments across build/partner/acquire options.•	High-impact partnerships and/or acquisitions established to accelerate solution delivery.•	Vertical teams are equipped with differentiated GTM stories and demoable solutions.•	Leadership has strategic visibility on product-market fit, solution profitability, and roadmap impact.________________________________________Why This Role Matters:Our future growth depends not just on building great hardware, but on how we digitally enable and extend its relevance through software.
