Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Sales [Field Sales] representative, based in Noida. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients to understand their software needs and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, following up on leads, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong knowledge of our software products and stay updated on industry trends to effectively meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven 3+ years experience in Software Sales and a good understanding of software products
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the consultancy or software industry is a plus
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
