Job Description

As a Sales Manager at the Indian counterpart of a US-based company, you will be responsible for executing sales plans to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Utilizing AI-driven insights, you will identify and capitalize on sales opportunities while monitoring and optimizing sales processes using the right set of tools. Your role will also involve managing customer relationships by fostering strong connections with key clients and stakeholders. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client needs and concerns will be crucial. Implementing CRM systems and tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration and communication are essential aspects of this role. You will work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives. Communicating sales goals, strategies, and performance metrics to senior management and preparing regular reports on sales activities and results will be key components of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 7-10 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong focus on digital and AI technologies. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment is required. In-depth knowledge of digital sales strategies and AI-driven sales tools, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, are essential. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions will also be important. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Technical proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools, as well as familiarity with AI technologies and their application in sales, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and chatbots, will be advantageous.
