Software Quality Assurance Tester

nopAccelerate is looking for the right candidate to fill an open position as a Software Quality Assurance Tester at their Surat office. As the Software Quality Assurance Tester, you will lead the Quality Assurance Department to ensure the delivery of quality-tested software products. Your responsibilities will include performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues, initiating tests, analyzing results, and finding solutions to technical problems. You will also be required to analyze complex functional/technical requirements and translate them into test cases. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing a detailed test plan/strategy utilizing your knowledge of the functional application, creating and executing manual and automated test plans, recording and documenting results, and comparing them to expected outcomes. You will also manage defect testing and validate software product corrections, as well as recognize and develop improvements to team processes, Quality Assurance environments, and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, along with experience in managing a Software Quality Assurance team and Automated Testing. You should also possess experience in manual and automated software testing techniques, the ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, and the capability to manage a quality assurance team and provide hands-on assistance as required. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, or a comparable integrated development environment is preferred. To be eligible for this position, you should be a graduate or post-graduate in Computer Science or a related degree program, with excellent communication and presentation skills. A minimum of 1+ years of relevant industry experience is required to be considered for this role.
