Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, andmaintaindetailedtest plans, test cases, and automated/manual test scripts.
Collaborate withProject Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teamsto ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conductfunctional, regression, integration, and workflow testingacross various systems.
Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such asJIRA/Xray, and work closely with developers to resolve them.
Participate inAgile/KANBANdevelopment processes, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
ProvideQA leadership, mentoring junior team members, andmaintainingtest documentation and best practices.
Ensuretraceabilityof test cases to business and technical requirements.
SupportCI/CD pipelinesby integrating test suites intoJenkinsand similar tools.
Required Skills and Qualification
8-12 yearsof experience in Software QA, with at least4 years in Financial Services.
Deep knowledge oftesting methodologies, QA processes, anddefectlife cycle.
Experience withbuy-side and sell-side OMS platforms, such asFidessa, CRIMS, EMSX, or similar.
Hands-on experience withJava-Selenium,Ranorex, orTricentisTOSCAfor automated testing.
ProficiencyinSQL/PLSQLand familiarity withDatabricksfor data validation and backend testing.
Experience withJIRA/Xray, Agile development methodologies (Scrum/KANBAN), and QA planning tools.
Familiarity withJenkins
