Software Project Manager About the Team: ZF's suspension technology includes the sMOTION active suspension system, which enhances driving comfort by anticipating road irregularities and compensating for jerky movements. This system is utilized in vehicles like the Porsche Panamera and Taycan, where it contributes to improved driving dynamics and safety. What you can look forward to as Software Project Manager (m/f/d): Contribute to delivering a robust governance structure, align with the contractual commitments with suppliers, and encourage appropriate innovation and development To help define, manage, and assist with the supplier management governance processes and procedures & Provide day-to-day financial reporting for suppliers Accountable for identifying and coordinating the execution of appropriate corrective actions if the operational performance is unsatisfactory To lead input into and influence the development of the overall sourcing strategy & Manage contract renegotiation and change request processes whilst ensuring ongoing compliance with the existing contract, Build collaborative working relationships with the suppliers account management teams, Forecast levels of demand for services and products & Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality, Negotiate and agree on contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided & Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets/KPIs are achieved or exceeded Your profile as Software Project manager (m/f/d): Overall experience 8-14 years in automotive Software Development and Minimum 3 years in Project management Experience with Automotive Project initiation process, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, prioritization and closure Working Knowledge of HW(microntrollers/debuggers) and SW tools (compilers, stacks) used across automotive & Knowledge of ASPICE / FuSA & Automotive CyberSecurity is an added advantage & Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams & The ability to make crucial decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
