As a Software Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing IT projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, coordinating with internal teams and clients, monitoring project progress, managing resources effectively, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will be the primary point of contact for project-related decisions, working closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. - Coordinate with internal teams and clients for flawless project execution. - Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. - Act as the main contact for project decisions, collaborating with stakeholders. - Manage project resources, including team members and budget effectively. - Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues. - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. - Measure project performance, report to management, and escalate as needed. - Implement feedback loop for continuous improvement. - Oversee testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of products. - Manage stakeholder relationships. - Track and mitigate risks, adapting strategies as required. - Create and maintain project documentation. - Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths and experience. - Meet budget objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. - Stay updated on IT project management trends and best practices. - Mentor and guide the team towards achieving goals. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant field; project management certifications are a plus. - 4-6 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT. - Certifications like PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master preferred. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and scope. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with SDLC processes. - Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Projects, Zoho Projects.
