Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in the IT/Software industry with 3-5 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Familiarize yourself with the Low Code Application development platform. - Deliver captivating product demonstrations to leads, prospects, and customers. - Provide support for Presales activities, POCs, etc., and successfully convert prospects into customers. - Identify opportunities for business development by following up on leads. - Coordinate and conduct webinars for organizations globally. - Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their retention. - Establish new sales partnerships and cultivate meaningful relationships with partner organizations. - Create business proposals and contracts to increase revenue from customers. - Gather customer feedback and recommend upgrades or additional features for the product. - Develop comprehensive case study documents and relevant marketing collateral. Qualifications required for this role include: - MCA, B. Tech in Computer Science, or MBA.
