Assists in developing, testing, implementation and support of application systems of a less complex nature. Responsible for front or backend software development, front SaaS and/or COTS development, with oversight. Participate in peer reviews of solution designs, related code, and/or related SaaS and/or COTS configuration. Assist in the investigation and resolution of production management incidents, problems, and service requests (in partnership with SaaS providers for Platforms). Participates in the support of production applications/platforms (in partnership with SaaS providers for Platforms).
