Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puducherry for a Software Instructor/ Trainer. The Software Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality computer software training, developing instructional materials, and facilitating sessions that enhance the learning experience for students. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting training sessions, evaluating student progress, and providing support and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Computer Software Training and Instructional Design
• Software Development skills
• Effective Communication and Training abilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels
• Willing to learn new technologies like ML, AI and Latest Trends
