Job Description

Responsibilities Communicating with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to implementation of the software. Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval. Customizing software systems based on clients individual needs and specifications. Scheduling training for the clients and make the training was done as needed by the clients. Work with managers and technical teams. Educating clients on how to use purchased software systems and features. Ensure software solutions meet client specifications and business goals. Identify and troubleshoot problems. Perform data analysis. Determine how well the new implementations are working. Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones. Coordinate and follow-up with customer to smooth. Required skills College degree and/or extensive work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated/self-starter with strong initiative to succeed
