As a Software Test Engineer / Quality Analyst, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Writing, executing, and reviewing test cases. - Performing functional and non-functional testing. - Collaborating with the BA team to understand business requirements and create guidelines accordingly. - Creating validation rules and workflow rules to support business requirements and their testing. - Working with Data Loader to manipulate data in the Salesforce database. - Configuring security settings and permission sets. - Designing and implementing user-facing features for various applications. - Conducting manual and automated testing. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve mobile applications. - Utilizing JIRA or other product management tools. - Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Managing competing priorities and resolving conflicts. - Analyzing, designing, and executing QA processes. - Following best coding practices to write robust code. - Executing tests across all technology platforms. - Demonstrating eagerness to learn and quickly pick up product knowledge. - Taking ownership as a Product Owner on assigned projects. - Being proficient with Web Application APIs, specifically Postman. - Continuously working to maximize development efficiency by exploring and implementing new technologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in software testing. - Working proficiency in verbal and written English. - Experience in manual and automated testing. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Interest and ability to learn other programming languages as needed.,
