In this position, you will be responsible for developing the mid-term technical vision and roadmap for your team(s), considering anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs. Your expertise will be vital in designing, guiding, and reviewing system designs within the broader area. Additionally, you will be involved in writing product or system development code to resolve complex problems effectively. A key aspect of your role will involve reviewing code developed by fellow engineers, offering valuable feedback to ensure adherence to best practices such as style guidelines, code accuracy, testability, and efficiency. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent practical experience. You must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages like Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript. Furthermore, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in people management, supervision, or team leadership is required. While not mandatory, having a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field would be advantageous. Furthermore, having 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization would be considered a preferred skill set for this role.,
