Software Engineering Lead

The client is looking for a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Kotlin and Java for a full-time role in Thiruvananthapuram, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing complex backend and microservices projects. Your main duties will include providing technical guidance to engineering teams, ensuring code quality, and driving project delivery throughout the software development lifecycle. As a Lead Software Engineer, your key responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and delivery of backend services and microservices using Kotlin and Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical standards and promote best engineering practices.
