Software Engineering Lead - Java

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be able to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders
• Be able to interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements
• Be able to write the code and Review the code of the engineers
• Involve in critical and complex technical discussions
• Be able to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation degree
• 16+ years of formal education
• 9+ years of hands-on experience on relational database
• 8+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE, JDBC, Spring
• 4+ hands on experience on Microservice, Springboot
• 3+ years of hands-on experience of building robust infrastructure using Docker, OpenShift
• 2+ years of hands-on experience on Kubernetes
• 1+ years of hands-on experience on Azure
• Proven excellent object-oriented programming skills and accomplished performance with Java technologies
• Proven exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
• Proven to be detail-oriented and ability to document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requiremen
