Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of data processing solutions using Pyspark and Data Bricks.
Develop and maintain Python applications for data analysis and processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Optimize data workflows and ensure efficient data management on AWS.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications and data pipelines.

Skills Required:

Strong programming skills in Python: Proficient in developing scalable and maintainable code for data processing.
Expertise in PySpark: Hands-on experience with distributed data processing using PySpark for large datasets.
Data Bricks platform knowledge: Familiar with implementing data engineering workflows on the Databricks environment.
Cloud proficiency (AWS): Experience in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing applications in AWS cloud infrastructure.
Database knowledge: Good command of SQL and PL/SQL for querying and managing data in relational databases.
Data pipeline development: Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines for analytics and business intelligence.
Team collaboration: Ability to work in cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
Problem-solving skills: Strong debugging and issue-resolution capabilities in a data-driven environment.
