Role Overview: You will be working at Zuddl, a modular platform for events and webinars that helps event marketers plan and execute events aimed at driving growth. Zuddl's outcome-oriented platform offers flexibility and focuses on being more of a partner than a vendor. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be involved in handling a highly interactive React app, optimizing app performance, following best practices to build high-quality apps, collaborating with engineers and designers, and more in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: - Work on a highly interactive React app with features like video, live streaming, and real-time engagement - Handle backend development for large-scale events with thousands of concurrent users - Optimize app performance and build for low-latency and efficient bundle size - Follow best practices to build high-quality apps with unit testing - Utilize a modern stack including React, Redux, Java 11, Postgres, and Redis - Collaborate with engineers and designers in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrate a passion for clean and appropriately tested code - Have expertise in at least one of React and Java, and in frontend frameworks like React/Angular - Possess strong backend development skills in Java, Python, .NET, etc. - Be a well-rounded Full-Stack developer with exposure to all layers of application and development - Proficient in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript - Strong working knowledge of Relational databases like Postgres and MySQL - Strong in both high-level and low-level system design - Understand different software development practices and infrastructure - Experience with WebRTC, Live Streaming, or other related video technologies is a plus - Previous work at high-growth Indian startups and/or with startup founders is preferred Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience as a Full Stack engineer - Good experience in at least one of React and Java is mandatory - Key expertise in React/Angular or similar frontend frameworks - Expertise in backend development - Java/Python/.NET etc - Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript - Strong working knowledge of Relational databases like Postgres, MySQL - Strong in both high-level and low-level system design - Strong understanding of different software development practices and infrastructure Additional Company Details: As a part of Y-Combinator 2020 batch, Zuddl has raised $13.35 million in Series A funding led by Alpha Wave Incubation and Qualcomm Ventures, with participation from existing investors GrowX Ventures and Waveform Ventures.
