Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions in a dynamic, agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve software using modern technologies and agile practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and translate them into user stories.
  • Deliver features on time with high quality and performance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to team efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate across teams.
  • Apply principles of Agile/Lean methodologies, CI/CD, and software security.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and optimize application performance.
Education Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or STEM discipline
  • 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
Preferred Skills:
Backend:
  • Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.)
Frontend:
  • Frameworks: Angular or React
  • Languages: TypeScript, CSS
  • Testing: Exposure to unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, JUnit, Jest)
General:
Development Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Scrum practices)
Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of core data structures and algorithms
Good to have
Familiar with SQL
Exposure to streaming tech like Kafka or RabbitMQ
