Software Engineer, ServiceNow

Role Overview: You will be a member of Group HR Technology within the Group Operations & Technology Office (GOTO), focusing on providing and building Human Resources-related solutions to enhance the candidate & employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and enhance digital products and technology services to ensure quality, security, reliability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for internal clients and employees. - Apply various software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs to automated testing and deployment. - Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by implementing digital principles and meeting functional and non-functional requirements. - Incorporate observability into solutions for monitoring production health, incident resolution, and risk mitigation. - Continuously up-skill, learn new technologies, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind. Qualifications Required: - High proficiency and 4+ years of Testing and technical experience in ServiceNow with HRSD domain. Knowledge of Javascript. - Knowledge of agile methodologies, testing best practices, user-centric design, and UX design. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ATF. - Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Strong communication skills in English, from presentations to technical writing.
