Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and solution approach for a wide range of business initiatives
Create detailed technical designs to build solutions with Oracle Retail Suite
Build, test, and deploy solutions to satisfy business requirements
Design, develop, and test complex application software; modify and maintain existing applications based on standards
Maintain and document interface systems; resolve database performance issues as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of strong techno-functional experience with Oracle Retail Suite applications (RMS)
In-depth knowledge of
RIB architecture
,
Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
,
Retail Price Management (RPM)
Expertise in
Oracle PL/SQL
,
Pro*C
,
UNIX shell scripting
,
integration bus
, and
message services
Experience designing and developing complex applications related to RMS
Good understanding of
production support
and
maintenance processes
Experience with
service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Familiarity with
version control systems
(GIT/GitLab)
TES or other
job scheduler
experience is a plus
Experience in
Agile
methodologies, especially
Scrum
and
TDD
Bonus: Experience with
Kafka streaming
