Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer (Testing) with strong expertise in Java and Spring-based test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in API testing, SQL, and CI/CD tools, with a solid understanding of troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test cases using Java, Spring Boot, and JUnit
Perform API-based testing using tools like Rest Assured
Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation
Analyze logs using tools like Splunk and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Must-Have Skills:

Strong Java programming skills (testing-focused)
Spring Boot or Spring-based test case development
SQL and Oracle database knowledge
REST API testing experience
JUnit, Rest Assured
Exposure to CI/CD tools and log analysis (e.g., Splunk)
Strong troubleshooting and RCA capabilities

Preferred:

Experience in the payments domain is a plus
Quality Engineering background with some development exposure.
