Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer with deep experience in C++, .NET, and Compleat Ticketing Tool systems. This role involves end-to-end software coding, debugging, and optimization from requirement analysis to deployment. You will build reliable, high-performance software that enhances our ticketing and workflow solutions while maintaining clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Key Responsibilities Design, code, test, and deploy software solutions using C++, C#, and .NET Core. Develop and maintain automation within the Compleat Ticketing Tool, improving ticket lifecycle management, workflow tracking, and incident resolution. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern coding standards and design principles (SOLID, DRY, OOP). Collaborate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. Perform code reviews and enforce consistent coding practices across the development team. Debug and optimize legacy systems while implementing new modules and APIs. Integrate third-party libraries and services, ensuring stability and performance across applications. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, API references, and coding guidelines. Develop effective and efficient automation to provide agents an end-to-end booking solution Technical Skills Programming Languages: C++, C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core Ticketing Systems: Complete Ticketing Tool (or equivalent such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Zendesk) Coding Practices: Clean Code, SOLID Principles, Test-Driven Development (TDD) Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL APIs: RESTful / SOAP API design and integration Operating Systems: Windows and Linux Qualifications Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 3–5 years of professional experience in software coding and development using C++ and .NET. Proficient in writing high-quality, maintainable, and testable code. Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture. Experience working with Compleat Ticketing Tool or equivalent ticketing/workflow management platforms. Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, Agile environment.
