Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leverage Celonis to analyze, map, and visualize business processes.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process enhancements.
Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote process mining adoption.
Monitor and track process performance metrics, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Document findings and provide recommendations for process optimization strategies.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with Celonis EMS or similar process mining tools.
Good understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data integration for process mining initiatives.
Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
Familiarity with automation and workflow tools (e.g., UiPath, SAP, ServiceNow) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to present technical findings in a business-friendly manner.
