Software Engineer Intern

Role Overview: As a Software Engineering Intern at Intelation, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the next-gen privacy tech platform for enterprises, AI teams, and regulated industries. Your role will involve working closely with the founding team to design and develop core features of Intelation's privacy tech engine. You will be responsible for developing and testing APIs, privacy scoring logic, and compliance automation workflows. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to both frontend and backend tasks using technologies such as React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Docker. Your role will also involve building tools like Privacy Test, OpenPIIMap, and developer onboarding flows. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop core features of Intelation's privacy tech engine - Develop and test APIs, privacy scoring logic, and compliance automation workflows - Contribute to both frontend and backend tasks using technologies like React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Docker - Build tools like Privacy Test, OpenPIIMap, and developer onboarding flows Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of Python, REST APIs, and databases - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, with a preference for React/Next.js - Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development practices - Interest in privacy, security, or data protection - Exposure to Docker, FastAPI, or data anonymization concepts would be beneficial Additional Company Details: This internship opportunity is based in India and offers remote work with flexible working hours.
