Software Engineer Intern

As a Software Engineering Intern at Intelation, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the next-gen privacy tech platform for enterprises, AI teams, and regulated industries. Your role will involve working closely with the founding team to design and develop core features of Intelation's privacy tech engine. You will be responsible for developing and testing APIs, privacy scoring logic, and compliance automation workflows. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to both frontend and backend tasks using technologies such as React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Docker. Your role will also involve building tools like Privacy Test, OpenPIIMap, and developer onboarding flows. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of Python, REST APIs, and databases. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, with a preference for React/Next.js, is desired. Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development practices is important. An interest in privacy, security, or data protection is a plus, and exposure to Docker, FastAPI, or data anonymization concepts would be beneficial. This internship opportunity is based in India and offers remote work with flexible working hours. Ideally, you are a final year student or a recent graduate in CS/IT/Data Science.
