Software Engineer III-Salesforce

You have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to take your software engineering career to the next level. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting. Your ability to think beyond routine approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems will be crucial. You will create secure and high-quality production code, maintain algorithms, and produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications. Additionally, you will be gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and developing visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to continuously improve software applications and systems. Proactively identifying hidden problems and patterns in data will help you drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. You will also be contributing to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies, while fostering a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect. Key Responsibilities: - Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches - Create secure and high-quality production code, maintain algorithms, and produce architecture and design artifacts - Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large data sets - Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture - Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events Qualifications Required: - Formal training or certification on Salesforce concepts and 3+ years applied experience in Salesforce customization - Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Proficiency in coding in one or more languages - Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment - Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle - Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security - Strong understanding of Salesforce Programming and Administration concepts - Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration capabilities - Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline Additional Details: - Java experience is considered an added advantage - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator, and Certified Application Architect or System Architect are preferred qualifications - Exposure to cloud technologies and experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica are desirable,
