Software Engineer III-Salesforce

In this role, you will have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to take your software engineering career to the next level by executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches. You will be responsible for creating secure and high-quality production code, maintaining algorithms, and producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications. Your ability to gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations from large data sets will contribute to continuous improvement of software applications. Proactively identifying hidden problems and patterns in data will drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches - Create secure and high-quality production code, maintain algorithms, and produce architecture and design artifacts - Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations from large data sets - Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements - Contribute to software engineering communities and foster a culture of diversity and respect Qualifications Required: - Formal training or certification on Salesforce concepts and 3+ years of experience in Salesforce customization - Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Proficient in coding in one or more languages - Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment - Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle - Solid understanding of agile methodologies and Salesforce programming concepts - Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration capabilities - Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline In addition, preferred qualifications include Java experience, Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Application Architect or System Architect, as well as exposure to cloud technologies and Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
