As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the AI/ML & Data platform team, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering trusted technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches to solve complex technical problems. - Creating secure and high-quality production code and maintaining algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. - Producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development. - Gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and developing visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to enhance software applications and systems. - Proactively identifying hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. - Contributing to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new technologies, fostering a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect. Qualifications and skills required for this role include: - Formal training or certification in Software engineering concepts with a minimum of 3 years of applied experience. - Designing, coding, testing, and delivering software using firm-wide frameworks and best practices for the ServiceNow platform. - Enhancing and adhering to scrum practices for continuous improvement of team processes. - Collaborating with Product and Business teams to produce estimates and agile delivery plans. - Providing guidance to the team when facing technical challenges and demonstrating proficiency in writing high-quality JavaScript and Angular code. - Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices and experience in enterprise application development using Java full stack and AWS serverless services. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills for this role include: - Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies. - A Bachelor's degree in engineering or graduation from a reputed institution. - ServiceNow Certifications CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM.,
