Software Engineer, II - ISV Program

Your role will involve: - Assisting external developers in integrating Zebra products into their applications by creating source code examples, developing How-to guides, and advising on best practices. - Developing customer-specific applications and applications to showcase various SDK capabilities. - Advising product management and internal developers on meeting the needs of the ISV community. - Keeping abreast of software language developments, investigating problems, recommending solutions, and managing multiple projects efficiently. - Integrating ISV applications into automated test suites to ensure compatibility with upgraded Zebra products. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and testing software assignments within larger projects. - Creating documentation for software functionality and participating in project code reviews. - Analyzing test results, identifying problems, and implementing solutions. - Making enhancements to existing software and technologies to improve performance and productivity. - Building strong working relationships internally and externally. Qualifications required for this role: - Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline. - Preferred Work Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years or Master's degree with no experience. - Familiarity with software languages, techniques, and methods. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
