As a Learning Consultant/Senior Learning Consultant at Hero Vired in Delhi-Sultanpur, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Utilize strong communication and counseling skills to engage with potential customers and provide them with information about our educational products and services. - Leverage your EdTech background to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience and tailor your approach accordingly. - Draw upon your 2-3 years of relevant experience to effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate the sales process.
