Software Engineer I

As a Software Engineer I at Precisely, you will work with a talented team to design, create, and maintain Data Products using Big data, cloud, and Data Science technologies. Collaborating with Software/Data engineers, data scientists, product owners, and product managers, you will develop and deploy data-driven solutions that provide business value. Your responsibilities will include coding, unit testing, integration testing, and participating in the full software development life cycle. You will contribute to best practices, standards, and the technical roadmap to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Data Engineering solutions - Write clear and detailed user epics and stories with acceptance criteria - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews - Stay updated with new technologies and incorporate them into solutions - Embrace agility and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: - 3+ years of industry experience in Data/Software engineering - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Proficiency in Python and Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, etc. - Familiarity with databricks, snowflake, Google Cloud is an advantage - Strong database concepts and query optimization skills - Experience with data ETL and geospatial data is preferred - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving requirements If you are looking to grow your career in a dynamic and diverse environment, Precisely offers a "work from anywhere" culture with opportunities for learning, development, and community building.
