Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the backend of responsive web applications
Perform software design using fundamental development principles, including debugging, testing, and deployment
Understand project requirements and oversee project execution from conception to completion
Collaborate with web designers to transform designs into seamless visual user experiences
Write high-performing, standards-compliant code and conduct code reviews for both front-end and back-end applications
Manage stakeholder communications and ensure timely implementation of features
Guide junior developers and assist in their technical and professional growth
Document and demonstrate solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and other technical documentation methods

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core for backend development
Good understanding of Fullstack Java technologies (nice-to-have)
Exposure to Fullstack Python development (nice-to-have)
Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, including design, debugging, testing, and deployment
Ability to build and maintain responsive web applications
Experience working collaboratively with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional code
Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and standards-compliant code
Knowledge of both front-end and back-end application architecture
Familiarity with code review practices and mentoring junior developers
Strong documentation and communication skills to support stakeholder interaction and project clarity
