Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a deep understanding of Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). Demonstrated experience in training or teaching roles is highly desirable. Education: Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and back-end frameworks. Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Teaching Skills: Strong instructional skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Experience in developing and delivering training materials. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and skill levels. Flexible and open to incorporating feedback to improve training programs.
