As a developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications. you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying scalable and reliable enterprise applications using Java and related technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative products and be a part of a collaborative and dynamic work environment Core Responsibilities: End-to-end Development - Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and server-side logic. Front-End Engineering - Build interactive, high-performance web interfaces using React, TypeScript, or JavaScript, and modern UI libraries. Back-End Engineering - Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java or Kotlin, leveraging frameworks like Spring Boot and RESTful principles. Database Management - Design, implement, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (eg, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to support application data needs. Code Quality & Testing - Write clean, we'll-structured code with comprehensive unit and integration tests, and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards. Collaboration - Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features and resolve issues. DevOps & Cloud - Deploy and manage applications using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery. Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years in full stack application development (Excluding the internship experience). Required Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field) Skill Set Required Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin for backend development. Strong skills in React and either TypeScript or JavaScript for front-end development. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern UI/UX principles. Experience with RESTful API design and integration. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (eg, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to write unit/integration tests and use testing frameworks (eg, JUnit, Jest). Agile development practices and effective team collaboration skills
