Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer (Full Stack) in the Research and Development department, you will contribute to the design and development of new products for global customers. You will also enhance existing applications by identifying areas for improvement, making recommendations, and implementing innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in discussions with Product Management teams to generate Requirement Specification documents covering both functional and non-functional requirements. - Collaborate with technical teams to create design documents. - Develop and update code to meet specified requirements. - Conduct thorough testing of new and existing programs to ensure functionality and identify errors. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI Developers, Business Analysts, and Management, to deliver products and services that delight customers. - Foster a collaborative, accountable, and creative environment to ensure timely delivery of quality products. - Participate in the hiring process to support organizational growth. - Stay updated on the latest development tools and programming techniques by actively studying and participating in professional organizations. - Willingly take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing cloud-based software. - Expertise in developing cloud-based distributed applications with a focus on object-oriented design. - Strong proficiency in Java, Hibernate, and the Spring technology stack (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Spring Security) as well as other open-source technologies. - Experience in building web and mobile applications using Angular, Bootstrap, Material Design, UX/UI, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. - Proficiency in at least one of the following databases: MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle. - Familiarity with multiple Software Development Methodologies and Code Static Analyzer tools like SonarQube, PMD, and DevOps Tools. - Expertise in security aspects of web and mobile applications using both open-source and commercial tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding interpersonal abilities. - Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.,
