Software Engineer-Front End

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and documenting complex software applications. Your role will involve effective communication with geographically distributed team members to ensure seamless collaboration. Ensuring quality through design/code reviews, TDD, and BDD practices will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will escalate urgent issues to Engineering Management and provide peer advisement to other Software and Associate Software Engineers through code/design reviews and peer-programming efforts. Collaborating with Business Analysts to ensure that specifications are met will be crucial for the success of the projects you work on. In addition, as a Software Engineer in a Support Role, you will be tasked with debugging, troubleshooting, and developing technical solutions such as software patches to address software and setup errors. You will create workaround solutions in cases where standard procedures have failed, ensuring timely resolution of issues. When faced with urgent problems requiring in-depth knowledge, you will escalate them to the appropriate internal resources for further assistance. Overall, your role as a Software Engineer will involve not only developing high-quality software solutions but also actively participating in the support and maintenance of these solutions to meet the needs of the business and end-users effectively.,
