Job Description

As an Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in Cassandra DB, you will be responsible for the following: - Having advanced and expert knowledge in Cassandra DB - Performing hands-on Cassandra DB administrative tasks - Ensuring that Cassandra DB resources are sized properly and developing a design strategy to maintain the database at a healthy size - Ensuring availability and performance of multi-database and application environments with very large volumes and sizes - Performing routine DBA tasks such as database maintenance, backups, recovery, table space management, and upgrades - Executing periodic health checks for databases and recommending changes for optimal performance in the production environment - Constantly looking for opportunities to bring more value to new and existing DB environments to drive growth Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree Please note that the job is located in Chennai.,
