The Opportunity:

Software Engineer - Control-M,

In this role, you will support several of our clients systems. Client satisfaction is our primary objective; all available positions are customer facing requiring EXCELLENT communication and people skills. A positive attitude, rigorous work habits and professionalism in the workplace are a must. Fluency in English, both written and verbal are required.

This is a Hybrid role.

What you will do:

• Control-M upgrade process (AMIGO) (both in place and to a new server.).
• Perform administration functions on Control M server, EM and Agent on version 9.19.200 and above
• Administration of Control-M users via Control-M Security and LDAP
• Participate in DR and business continuity tests and support the design and function of high availability solutions
• Administration of Control-M Self Service, BIM and ForeCast.
• Control-m job scheduling , resources.
• Handle Control M related automation using automation API, REST API
• Perform error analysis and recovery, documentation and procedures required for reference.
• To continuously improve on their knowledge around information security as it relates to their job and identifying and preventing phishing attempts.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of Admin, scheduling of Control-M and recent experience in Upgrades/Migration.
• Good experience/knowledge with Python.
• Should be well versed in installation of Control M EM, Control M server and Control M agents on Unix and Windows platforms.
• Control M module installations for Hadoop, database, AFT etc.
• Participate in DR and business continuity tests and support the design and function of high availability solutions
• Coordinate with Control-M Job Owners in analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
• Support CONTROL-M Server, agent and CONTROL-M database maintenance.
• Familiar with implementing site standards and usage of Workload Change Manager
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshoot skills
• Remain vigilant while continuing to maintain and enhance the overall security of Alphaserve and the clients receiving our services.
• Maintain awareness about the potential risks based on the environment they are operating in and the clients they are working on.

Bonus points if you have:

• Preferable knowledge in SHELL /POWERSHELL scripting
