Key deliverables: Build robust, scalable web-based applications with reusable platform components Lead high-level design, architecture impact analysis, and performance tuning of distributed systems Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver features and measure impact Mentor junior engineers and drive medium-sized project execution with phased delivery Role responsibilities: Write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code using object-oriented design and design patterns Apply Test Driven Development and manage full lifecycle development on Linux platforms Solve complex technical and business problems with innovative solutions Communicate openly, share feedback, and document technical standards and processes
