Role: ServiceNow Consultant

Location: Remote

Type: Contract (12 months Contract -extendable)

ServiceNow Consultant (JL9)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage

  ServiceNow ITOM Discovery

  , including MID Server setup, schedules, and credential management.
• Ensure CMDB accuracy, reconciliation, and data governance aligned with best practices.
• Configure and support

  ServiceNow SPM modules

  (Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio Management).
• Integrate ITOM and SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITBM).
• Troubleshoot discovery issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and support during UAT and go-live.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and SPM

  .
• Solid understanding of

  CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow architecture

  .
• Experience with integrations, scripting (JavaScript), and ServiceNow workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications in

  ITOM/SPM

  are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead solution design discussions.
