Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of AI-enabled applications using modern tools and frameworks
Support the implementation and integration of AI/ML models into production systems under guidance from senior engineers
Contribute to backend development using Python or Java frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Spring), focusing on maintainability and performance
Build and enhance front-end interfaces using React.js to support user-centric design
Participate in the development of cloud-native applications, leveraging public cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies
Assist in writing unit tests and supporting test automation efforts
Help monitor application performance and contribute to issue resolution and debugging
Stay current with foundational AI/ML concepts and software engineering practices
Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments and contribute to team deliverables
Adhere to company policies and participate in continuous learning and development
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

2+ years of software development experience.
Hands-on experience with backend development using Python or Java
Hands-on experience to front-end development using React.js or similar frameworks
Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) or NoSQL systems
Experience/Familiarity with coding assistant tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and a solid willingness to adopt them in daily development work
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and basic cloud-native development practices
Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic integration patterns
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and interest in learning more (e.g., NLP, computer vision, LLMs).
Ability to work in Agile teams and contribute to sprint deliverables
Solid problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
Proven good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Terraform
Familiarity with building AI agents using Google
