Principle Tasks

Development/Coding of SW modules required to deliver product deliverables
To participate in design discussions and decisions
To test the developed SW modules to maintain quality
To be part of Agile scrum team as part of SAFe process and commit to the priority tasks
Debugging the issues and providing bug fixes
Have understanding of GPON, XGSPON technologies with having working knowledge of ONTs, OLTs, Network protocols and linux
Participate in discussions along with product owner to understand the product requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate with team members.

Skills

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:

Proficiency in C, C++,
Development life cycle process understanding
Excellent communication skills
Good to have knowledge of Networking protocols like DHCP, PPPOE, CFM, ARP, VLANs, TCP/IP etc.
knowledge on Linux.
Good to have working knowledge on Ethernet, GPON, XGSPON technologies
Understanding of cross functional team dependencies and ability to work with cross functional and cross-cultural teams
Ability to understand the product goals and ensuring the compliance to product goals

Qualifications

B Tech/BE in CSE/ECE/EEE

Experience

Experience of 1-3 years in individual contribution role as SW developer
