As an Executive/Sr Executive/Manager - Sales in the ISP & Telecom Verticals at F2TH Communications Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, you will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in Device Management, Optical Networking & Wi-Fi Networking Products and Services for ISPs, MSOs, and Enterprises across India. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales efforts within the ISP, MSO, and Enterprise verticals by developing and executing strategic sales plans, delivering against assigned sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. You will need to stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in the GPON, XGS-PON, and FTTH sectors, to offer competitive proposals and solutions tailored to meet customer needs. To excel in this role, you should have 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the telecom sector, preferably focusing on ISPs and MSOs. Experience working with FTTH products or selling ILL and FTTH connections of major Telcos will be highly regarded. A background in Electronics or equivalent education, strong communication and presentation skills, proven ability to exceed sales targets, and knowledge of current industry trends are essential. You will also be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio, preparing proposals and tender responses, driving negotiations with prospective clients, and maximizing lead generation and conversion rates. Additionally, you will collaborate with the product management team to provide market insights and contribute to the development of new product offerings.
