What You'll Bring

• 35 years of experience developing

  web, software, or mobile applications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

  concepts
• Proficiency in

  Java / Java EE

  and

  Spring/Spring Boot

  frameworks
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern

  JavaScript framework

  (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Proven experience designing and implementing

  RESTful APIs

• Experience with

  AWS

  ,

  Kubernetes

  , and

  DevOps

  practices is a plus
• Familiarity with

  Server-Side technologies

  and handling

  mission-critical services

• Experience in

  Test Driven Development (TDD)

  and writing unit/integration tests
• Strong understanding of

  software architecture/design patterns

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics clearly
• A passion for

  mentoring junior engineers

  and promoting engineering best practices

How You Will Lead

• Take ownership of

  critical platform services

  and lead the design and development of high-availability systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver solutions that drive business outcomes
• Work closely with design and product teams to build

  world-class user experiences

• Drive

  end-to-end software development

  including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations
• Lead efforts around

  DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Champion engineering excellence and

  coach junior engineers

• Contribute up to

  80% hands-on coding

  while also participating in architectural and technical decision-making
• Act as a

  technical thought leader

  , providing guidance on design, scalability, and best practices
• Advocate for and contribute to a
