Job Description

As a C++ White-box Software Engineer in Test at Adobe for Noida Location, your core responsibility will be to ensure the quality of deliverables by debugging software products, developing and executing software test plans, and maintaining quality standards for company products. This includes white box testing in C++, creating/enhancing/executing automation frameworks, and test planning. You will also be involved in analyzing test results, debugging test failures, and collaborating with development engineers to resolve problems. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring that customizations available to customers are well simulated at the company's end, requiring a strong knowledge of C++ programming and data structures. Key Responsibilities: - Debug software products through systematic tests to maintain quality standards - Develop, modify, and execute software test plans and automated scripts - Analyze and write test standards and procedures - Maintain documentation of test results for debugging and modifications - Recommend corrective actions based on test results - Drive test automation by developing new solutions and maintaining existing test automation code - Develop or adapt testing tools for the functional area - Plan and execute test cases, analyze test results, and debug test failures - Communicate test strategy, execution plans, and results to various functional groups - Serve as the Quality team interface to Product Development team and Management Qualifications Required: - B.E. / B.Tech. in CS/ETC/EE or equivalent qualifications with 2 to 5 years of experience - Good knowledge of C++ and data structures - Strong operating system knowledge (Windows or Linux) - Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using debuggers and memory analyzers - Knowledge of Python or any other scripting language for automated test cases - Hands-on experience in test methodologies - Knowledge of Continuous Integration activities using Git and Jenkins - Strong team player with a keen sense of initiative and continuous improvement mindset - Good scores throughout education Nice to have: - Experience in performance testing - Testing and certifying components on multiple hardware configurations optimally In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Adobe's innovative technologies for print and scan solutions, working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence.
