Software Development Test Engineer

Job Description: As a Java Developer at SoHo Dragon, you will be responsible for developing secure and efficient code in Java, following best practices. Your role will involve designing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Spring. Additionally, you will conduct RESTful API and integration testing using JSON and related tools, as well as write and optimize complex SQL queries for backend validation. You will be expected to follow Gitflow branching strategy and support CI/CD processes, applying TDD and BDD methodologies to ensure high-quality, testable code. Performing debugging and troubleshooting using logs, core/heap/thread dumps, and utilizing design patterns such as Factory, Singleton, and Strategy where applicable will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring code quality using tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Zally, and working in Agile environments while supporting DevOps practices for continuous delivery are key aspects of this role.
