Software Development Manager

Role Overview: As the Manager of Software Development at Accelya in Pune, you will lead and manage a backend development team. Your responsibilities include providing technical guidance, performance management, and career development support. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS. Additionally, you will architect and oversee microservices deployment using Kubernetes and Docker in production environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated backend and frontend experiences is a key aspect of your role.
