Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall success of the projects you oversee. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in C++ Programming Language. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in C++ Programming Language. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
