Must have skills : PTC FlexPLM Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE or BTECH Summary :As a Software Development Lead/ Product owner (PO), you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. Your role involves overseeing the software development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead software development projects effectively Implement best practices for software development Mentor junior team members for skill development Work directly with the business to assist on development of FlexPLM roadmap and prioritization, refreshing quarterly Professional & Technical Skills: Good Technical understanding of FlexPLM Architecture, Development and End to End Functionalities.Be face of / to the business. Build a strong relationship and constantly resolve issues, liaison with business, tech arch, and staffed dev Pod team. Act as a single point of contact across Run / Build and communicate to business if there are any P1 issues (no 2 contacts to the business) Take business requirements (excel) and create jira user stories for our dev team, groom them with design/tech arch, dev team Own and manage the Flex PLM backlog for the dev teamHave hands-on FlexPLM, retail, product experience Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Experience in configuring software systems Knowledge of technologies and methodologies in software development Hands-on experience in end-to-end software development Expertise in problem-solving and decision-making Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in PTC Windchill A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification BE or BTECH
