Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and developing software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations. Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
